"The host was very responsive and flexible with all of our flight change snafews. The beds were extremely soft/comfortable as well. The description warned about limited hot water but our group of 5 never had a problem except for the time we accidentally started a load of laundry at the same time. Great location with tons of things to do and see nearby."

We asked to be changed to another room less noisy, and the hotel changed us to a room on a lower floor facing the street. I don’t know which room was more noisy. The staff was not accommodating.
