It would not pump out the water from the full reservoir. Brought these items to attention of management. They apologized for the inconvenience."

"Stole money from my account days after visiting due to a pet fee when we called to talk to manger they lied and said it was a pet fee we didt have pets we had to call 3 times to even get a manager as they never called back then switched there story's to a plumbing issues witch was cased by there main system backing up into our toilet witch we reported then being told the pet claimed is now to cover that cost and they won't return our money we go to med hat often and they have lost a loyal...
