"The front desk staff, not particularily polite when I checked in. Didn't provide much information, had to try and figure out stuff ourselves. Biggest concern ... NO snow removal on exterior stairs, making for a very unsafe situation. Bed very firm ...tap was very loose in room. Breafast ( scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns ) cold. "

"The check-in process was slow, with only one member of staff responsible for guests at the busiest time (4pm - 5:30). He was also trying to manage the incoming phone calls, all of which were parked but I didn't see him get back to anyone while he dealt with the three or four groups ahead of us and then the two or three after us.
The room we had was well appointed, having a fridge, microwave and single serve coffee maker - all of which we didn't use.
The bathroom was very spacious and equipped...

"The staff was exceptional and friendly. This is honestly in my top 5 stays for hotel stays with my family. The room was spacious, clean, the beds and pillows were super comfy.
