"The room was dirty. They’ve attempted to update the rooms, but the baseboards were full of dirt and hair. The chair was stain covered. It was really gross!!! The hallways had large bags of stinky trash for the 24 hours we were there. Mud in the hallways everywhere. The pool was full of yelling and screaming well past 11pm despite complaining to the from desk. Avoid it and it will go away seems to be the standard at this hotel."

"The staff here are fantastic, very personable and easy to talk to. Rooms were overall clean, little bits of corner dust and grime. The accessibility of the room was not the best, as I had come for a knee replacement surgery and the "ground floor" accommodation had a HUGE step up which was extremely awkward post-op. The bathroom shower was also very difficult to maneuver in and out of due to the placement of the shower door being directly behind the bathroom door. Bed was clean and comfortable...

"The worst hotel experience of my life! The room was absolutely disgusting, very dirty, a horrible smell of pee, what looked like dried blood on the curtain and walls, mold in the bathroom and A/C unit. Staff did not seem to show any corncern when I came to complain. My family and another family staying in the room beside us both asked for refunds and to leave because of the state of the rooms and facility."
