"Words cannot express how our stay was! Helen our lovely hostess went WAY beyond our expectations. Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. "Hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Staff is highly caring for their guests. Breakfast is freshly made (Mediterranean style). Hotel is well accommodated for babies. "This property is in the heart of the old town. Everything is just outside your door. Despite this it was quiet inside and we slept so well. The room was lovely and the shower was amazing. We walked easily to the beach and it’s not far to the harbour with all the boat trips and ferries. "It's a beautiful hotel located inside the old town. Picturesque. Unfortunately we had a walk a lot with luggage before we came in. It was late and we were given a room key and the manager left. Was little scary and dark in v the always while walking,. The only good thing is ambience. Hotels.com should say accessibility is a minimum. Although, we liked the location, it's really tough to get there. "
