Lovely short stay

Booked for my father in law, for his transit stopover, clean, comfortable, conveniently located for his short stay. Staff got room ready for him ahead of the check-in which he appreciated.

Great hotel and great customer service

Great hotel and great customer service. They were very welcoming and allowed me to checkin early. This was really great. Breakfast was great and its very close to the prophets mosque. Highly recommended

The hotel is right beside Masjid al Haramain. Perfect location. The hotel had a few alarms go off in the middle of the night. So that was odd. Not the best cleanliness, found a cough drop stuck on the rug between the beds. One of the bed sheets although smelled washed didn't look clean. They have a nice little cafe in lobby with good drinks and food. Staff was very nice but at times seemed overwhelmed.

Good location to visit the Al Masjid an Nabawi

Good location close to Haram. Newer building and clean. Overall, it was a good experience. We have paid in advance for Our booking, so it works well for us.

Perfect place apart from some noise

Property had lots of positives like proximity to haram, overall good service, English speaking receptionist, in home laundry service etc. only negative was the noise level which was on a higher side so staying asleep would be an issue if you are light sleeper. Otherwise a good place to stay

We stayed for 3 days and were allowed to check in early and check out late. The staff were lovely especially the lady who checked us in. The rooms were clean and nice and staff catered to most of our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is about 2 mins waking distance from masjid Nabwi and loads of shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that I could say negatively is that the hotel doesn’t have any microwave or offer any facilities to warm up food bought from outside but this is the same as all the other hotels around the area.

Nusk Al Hijrah Hotel reception is very welcoming and very polite, easy in check in and out. Cleaning staff is non-cooperative specially whatever we request, they’re saying they need permission from their supervisor even for water. Rest is excellent.

It’s a very old hotel ,the lobby and outside of the hotel is so good and renovated ,when you go on the floor rooms there’s a musty smell ,very old rooms and all flies on the room and even on the bed ,hotel needs renovation from inside

Lovely hotel, great location

The best thing about this hotel is it close proximity to Masjid Nawabi, as its close to gate 4 which is the entrance for the Prophets tomb. There are loads of shops open nearby and you will often be able to pick up gifts bbsck after Fajr salah! The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful in helping us get our bearings as it was our first time in Madinah. The breakfast buffet was stacked with loads of different foods each day and you will be spoiled for choice! The only downsides was that our room had a window (but not a view) and that our shower water wasn't hot, mearly warm. Overall, we will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay hear again the next time we visit Medinah.
