"Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was ordinary. Pool clean - service very good. Room very noisy - day and night because of the outside traffic. The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert."

"Casa Sabila is nestled in the souk very near the taxi stand, so it is a short walk up to the hotel. Our room had a very nice view of the mountains and the town, looking down into the valley. We hiked to the top mosque and then down through the farmers' fields to the Spanish mosque. Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. "I expected much better service from a Hilton property. After checking in, I was told my luggage would be delivered to my room shortly. Instead, I had to wait 8 hours before my bags finally arrived. This was completely unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience, especially after a long journey.
