"Great location and fantastic, very clean room with a fully functioning kitchen and powerful rainfall shower. Fellow old-fashioned people may be disappointed by the lack of TV in the room Free breakfast options, served in a neighbouring café, are quite limited and there are not many tables"

"It’s a bit tired of a hotel. The staff is quite rude and curt (multiple staff at the front desk). Very un-Finnish experience. Something they could do is say hello welcome can I help you things like this. They stare at their computer monitors and they’re very curt with their answers. The room was very terrible with poor HVAC, which only works in the area near the bathroom, but not the room because it’s badly designed. Overall, the Hotel feels very dated, and it needs to be renovated."

"Great hotel overall. Good location, easily walkable to the centre of Helsinki, comfortable room and the breakfast and dinner buffet was a massive bonus, especially travelling with a family! Would recommend and stay there again."
