"The hotel was spotless. So many amenities to mention, gym, library, sauna, movie room, game room and use of kitchen. Very secure.Loved my sunny balcony Ten minutes from train station and a mall"

"The treadmill and elliptical in gym were both broken. A pool was advertised but not available. There was no one at the desk between 8 pm and ,9 am. While clean and modern the room was the smallest I have ever seen in Finland."

"This is a different model for a hotel. There is intermittent staff at the location and no one describes the property, rooms or amenities. The wall temp control says it has air conditioning to adjust temp but there really is no air conditioning. Room was clean and nicely located."

"The hotel is over rated on the expedia site. The room we had tired and had not been renovated recently. The headboard had vinyl peelibg off. The bathtub/shower was dangerous due to being squeezed into such a small space. We were there to catch a cruise and had ordered a taxi. In the morning there was no one coordinating the many people trying to get a taxi, it was a free for all. We did not visit the hotel restaurant due to the expensive menu. I do not recommend this hotel. I do not recommend...

"Quite a unique and pleasantly quiet hotel. My room was pretty nice size and the bed very comfortable. The downside was that there was no aircon and the windows can’t be opened. Luckily there was a table fan. Although the room was mostly in good condition, some of the doors and doorframes could do with a little paint. Also, the paint was peeling very badly around the window in the bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, I didn’t have a chance to try the fika, and only had dinner once and it was...
