"Great hotel and lovely staff ideal for the Excel centre and airport"

"I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference. "Lovely hotel, and a good price for the facilities. There was a wedding in the hotel, and I am pleased to say the late night music didnt travel. Good breakfast selection, being constantly replenished including GF options. Very handy as a stop off on the way to France. £6 overnight parking charge, but was very secure. I would stay here again"

"Lovely small hotel at an excellent location. A bit noisy when plane takes off but then you are near the airport. Staff very lovely. Rooms are clean and modern. I didn’t eat breakfast there as i only wanted a pastry and there's a cafe nearby. Can use the DLR or walk across Cannaught Bridge to get the 129 bus."
