"Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly staff and superb facilities! Bedrooms were spacious, loved the rainfall shower heads, and the on-site restaurant was Devine! The little hubs in the lift lobby’s to help yourself to tea and cofffee facilities was a bonus and pool towels supplied! Loved the swim up bar and enjoyed our cocktails poolside! Definitely going back to this hotel as it exceeded all our expectations!!! Totally pampered."

"the two front desk lady were very helpful. the night supervisor was able to remove mold on the shower door. the checkout process was simple. the location is close to harbor front center to take bus to KL."
