Rooms were nice and pool was big. Nice facilities although maybe a little cosmetic touch up would make it look even better. Breakfast was amazing and loved the fish spa. I just wish there were more activities on site for children. Maybe even a kids pool.

The hotel is really good for family stay. It’s clean and cosy anywhere in the hotel. My children loved the food at the restaurant where breakfast was served. The staff was friendly and kind and the shuttle service is convenient. The area is less people and good for spending time at the hotel.

Having Shuttle is a must for this hotel as it is located far from City, which is ideal for retreat and personal quiet time. Breakfast is served well with many choices, and pool is fantastic. Lots of greenery inside hotel, even saw couple of peacock walking at the side of the pool and also restaurant.... very wild but enjoyable.

Beautiful property, pathways all alongside pretty ponds/waterways. The staff go above and beyond which makes this hotel really stand out. The rooms are large, clean and spacious. The bar is a lovely comfortable place to sit and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. The only negative thing I have to say about the whole hotel is that that the pool area is looking a bit tired, all it needs is to upgrade the sunbeds/cushions etc and it would get a 10/10.

Such a beautiful place to stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly and we felt so welcomed. The mini fridges in our rooms didnt work and one of the toilets was noisy and kept flushing throughout the night unless we banged on the flusher to stop it. The free shuttle to and from Sentosa was amazing the drivers were always helpful. Ww would definitely recommended Sofitel to friend's and family would stay there again if we come back to Singapore.

Amazing property located walking distance from the beach. Very peaceful, large spacious and well done up rooms. Room service is kind of slow but the size of the resort justifies for the delay.. checkin and checkout can be a little wait as they have only two desks helping the guests and sorting their share of issues. I would definitely choose the same property during my next stay.
