"The location was perfect. Walking distance to literally everything. The street the hotel is on doesn’t allow cars so it’s very quiet. It’s right beside a huge market when you can get everything from fruit to cheese to snacks to wine. The apartment was so clean and has everything you need. The communication with the staff was impeccable. Very quick and very helpful. This is an easy 5 rating. "

We had a room with private hot tub and small garden, the hot tub may need maintenance as the hydro jets that creates the bubbles was not working very well but otherwise was a great temperature and clean. "The apartment is about a 10 min walk from the main touristy area. There’s an awesome restaurant/cafe down the street called Suribachi that offers tons of vegan options and a vegan bakery called Odete very close by as well. Lidl also happens to be around the block. Beatriz was nothing but helpful and attentive. "This property is right across a cobblestone street (no cars allowed) from a large market, and shopping along the street. Unit is compact, but had room for what we needed, one could easily stay comfortably for a month No elevator which was fine with the exception of check-in and check-out.... they did help with lugging the luggage upstairs. This hotel was very responsive via email. Questions were answered very quickly along with helpful suggestions. I would stay here again."
