"The Hotel was centrally located to train station and attractions. Upon arrival the reception area was quite dark. Staff was unable to communicate room check in and procedures. Friendly however awkward."

There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. "We stayed in the separate studio across the street that has cooking facilities. The room was relatively clean, but there was a lot of dust and dead insects visible on the part of the wood bed frame near our heads. The fridge wouldn’t stay closed and the hair dryer didn’t work. Our bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty and it did not get refilled for the 4 nights we stayed, even though I requested a refill on day 2. "Clean rooms and property. Very friendly staff. Great location and breakfast each morning. We had the family room and it was perfect with a separate room that had bunk beds. Just a note: there isn't a fridge if you plan to buy snacks and there isn't ac, which was fine in May but could be hot in the summer. Great hotel! We loved our stay!"
