"Staff was hands down the most kind we encountered! Very helpful and willing to answer questions. Rooms were well equipped and breakfast was included. This place was amazing. 5 min walk to trains and staff gave you a city pass to utilize during your stay. Room was cozy and clean. Loved the meringue cookies in the room! Great location."

"Hotel was just a5 minute walk from Interlaken West train station, which made travel from Zurich very nice. The area is busy during the day, but at night was so quiet. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with teas and coffees along with nice bathroom amenities. Everyone on staff was very welcoming and helpful. "

"The property is in the middle of the two train stations in Interlaken making it very convenient to go anywhere in any direction. Every place was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely...

It’s convenient to everything we wanted to see… You can get to SCHILTHORN, all the other towns and JUNGFRAUJOCH within two hours. The town itself is cute. "We were very happy when I contacted the hotel. They were willing to pick us up at the train station. Our room and view were amazing and the breakfast as well as the dinner at the hotel was quite delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well would definitely stay there again."
