"Some of the rudest and most unwelcoming service I’ve experienced, especially disappointing for a 5-star property. I came to breakfast at 10:30, with breakfast served until 11. Around 11:20, while finishing my coffee outside, a male employee told me I needed to leave so they could prepare for lunch. I was the only guest outside, my plates had already been cleared, and the surrounding tables were clean and set. I felt genuinely unwelcome at a hotel I was paying to stay at. If guests cannot remain...

"Lovely boutique hotel--a bit of a walk from the sights and restaurants but quiet. Rooms well appointed. Our view room was lovely though majority of view was obstructed by construction of a new hotel between it and the sea. No gym but rooftop pool was a pleasure on hot days. We used it every afternoon. Room AC would not go below 20 C at night and room felt more like 23. Breakfast was a bit odd--one selects a savory item and sweet item from menu. Items are almost all carby. A small buffet would...

"Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was very basic, and the overall quality of the furnishings and amenities felt quite poor and dated. The location is convenient,
The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was above the restaurant, and it was extremely loud until midnight. We could hear the restaurant activity and noise very clearly, making it very difficult to relax or sleep.
Overall, considering the room quality and especially the excessive noise late at night, this was...
