"This was a nice place, but overpriced. The sinks in the bathroom need to be updated as there is corrosion on the handles. We stayed here for the novelty of getting to stay in Robert‘s house, but we probably won’t stay here again, as we have found nicer places during our other stays in Key West that are much less expensive and have amenities and parking."

"Without question a classic, convenient and beautiful Key West inn. The rooms were spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Many small pools throughout the property with lush grounds. Nice breakfast served by such caring staff. Since my stay was in the summer, rates were unbelievably low which was the reason I booked Key West. If the price were right other times of the year I’d be back without question."

"The property is very well maintained considering its age, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Duval Street and the harbor. I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction."

"We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. "Hamza and Jen at the front desk were very knowledgeable, efficient and so friendly! The room was clean and there was a system as most hotels have for room service to clean. Temperature was good with AC and ceiling fans to cool the room. We were able to rent a golf cart directly through the hotel, which was so convenient for us! "This place was far from good. They advertised that breakfast was included, but they only served whatever they wanted. There were no eggs, no water, and no coffee. The service was very poor, and the man preparing breakfast was extremely rude. There was never anyone available at the front desk. The only staff member we saw was Amy, who came to our door and told us we had only five minutes to check out. For the price you pay, you can definitely find a much better place to stay. "Our stay at the Ambrosia in Key West was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect place for us. The location was amazing because we could walk just about everywhere, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing.
