"Check-in at Reception was quick and efficient. Carpets in the room had uncleaned stains. Toilets had black mould at the sink area and inside the shower stall and stains on the floor. Bed was nice and firm. Dinner buffet at the Chatterz was terrible. We had Satay Celup. Instead of giving us the peanut (satay) sauce, they gave us peanut soup which totally spoilt the dinner for us. "チェックインが21時になり、夕食をメインダイニングでいただきました。食事の際にビールをいっしょに注文したかったのですが、アルコールは注文できませんでした。同じフロアのバーで提供されてるとのことでした。食事といっしょに冷たいビールで乾杯したかったのですが、とても残念でした。宗教上の問題なのでしょうか？ それ以外は、ホテルも新しく、きれいに清掃されておりましたし、満足な滞在でした。"

"Though this is not 5 stars hotel but amenities should be functional. Upon check in, realize safe and fridge both no working. Kettle connected to a faulty socket too. Connecting to hotel WiFi was greeted with security warning on Android phone. Asked for an additional towel as we travel with a kid, once with room service staff then called front desk, but the towel never come. All towels are old and with holes but not a big deal.
