"I have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but things have gone downhill. The shuttle person wasn’t at arrivals and I had to go hunting for the van (the Hilton guy was a great help). Housekeeping failed to come. Door battery went flat and I was locked out fin30 minutes with three trips to reception. "Wonderful & thoughtful accommodation. Bures are exceptional with crafted Fijian decor and comfy extras - like double hammock, sun loungers and Adirondack recliners on porch - ceiling fans and AC. Food plan (included) was very generous, delicious and varied. All the staff were gracious , helpful and put you in the Bula spirit! An interesting island area with history and charm plus a gorgeous bay, pools. beach and boating / snorkel or diving options. Didn’t want to leave!!"

"The location is beautiful and the staff are lovely people, however, the amenities were not as advertised. Most things (gym, laundry, glass boat, water slide, restaurants, ice cream parlour) were not working, or they were unavailable. I wish I had known beforehand so I could have planned better. It is kid-friendly, and the pool was great, but there was not much else in terms of activities for the kids. There is an obvious ownership or management issue and I wish the staff had better...

"We absolutely loved our time here. We stayed in a beachfront villa and our kids LOVED having a private pool, and I loved the beachfront hammock. The villa is a great design, spacious with two large bathrooms, the outdoor shower was a great feature. Having a washing machine and dryer was also incredibly useful. Basic kitchen (no oven). Really good aircon. The resort was relaxed and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast highlights were fresh watermelon and delicious freshly baked...

"We had a fantastic stay on the island. It was so relaxing, yet there were enough activities that we could take part in on the island - snorkelling, weaving, coconut cooking classes, crab cooking classes, medicine nature walk, line fishing, banana boat rides, kayaking, lounging on the hammock, karaoke, kava tasting etc.. The evening shows were fantastic. The staff were super friendly, everyone is considered part of family. The food was authentic Fijian, including being cooked in the ground on hot...
