"The Windsor was very welcoming and full of character. Staff were fantastic. Food was delicious. We had a mix up with our booking however with the persistent help of both Expedia and the Windsor it was eventually resolved for which I was very grateful. A delightful stay. "

"Great location close to many restaurants & Southern Cross Station. Decent sized room that was clean with a comfortable bed. Not at all sound proof - we stayed on level 19 & could hear a lot of street noise all night. Parking was $35 via hotel 'discount' but would have only been $20 if we'd paid at the parking lot"
