Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property was very dirty, floors were gross. A lot of dog hair. Carpets in bedrooms were dusty/dirty/stained. Toilet was leaking raw sewage (we called up and the plumber came the next day), kitchen sink tap made a huge noise when turned on. Yard was very unkept, long grass and heaps of weeds. Outside rubbish bins were overflowing when we arrived. Furniture was low quality. Air-conditioning remote did not work. Good location.
