The staff was nice enough. Check in was ok but the receptionist had to go to the room to remove 3 chocolates that were intended for someone else we guess. Our request for a non road side wasn’t met which is disappointing and sleep or lack of ensued. The breakfast area is good enough but not real 5 star. The coffee was warm at best. Didn’t go to the bar as we had a 9 year old so really wasn’t anywhere to have a drink. Fortunately Chadstone shopping is nearby albeit not all eateries are licensed. The communications around parking was not really informative and valet was expensive at $95. It’s not a Langham really a nice looking 4 star hotel.

Great first time stay

We cannot fault our stay. The experience was top notch from the moment we walked in the door. The check in staff were amazing - super friendly with a can do attitude. The room was great. It felt luxe with the golden fixtures. We will definitely be back. Loved it!

Staff where good, arrived at 3:00 pm room not ready had to wait 15 minutes, had to advise front desk to clean room. We think room cleaning service needs to improve, but everything also was great, especially the buffet breakfast. Kids love the pool.

Convenient location for a shopping trip to Chadstone. Great hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was the design of the bathroom. Theres no bench at all to put toiletry bags on or to do your makeup, theres just 2 sinks that look like they are plastic kegs with taps attached

Service was fantastic, facilities and convenience to shopping centre was great. Would loved to have given 5 stars but the bed was ok but not great. Maybe you can invest in pillow tops for your mattress's and more comfortable pillows. I realise this is personal preference but the bed was too hard.

Stunning hotel, classy and clean rooms, bed was sooooo comfy! The staff were all friendly and made our stay perfect including a birthday treat! Shops and dining right on our doorstep and the pool to relax in late afterwards was great, cannot wait to stay again...wonderful stay cation.

Staff were fantastic. I don’t think the rooms were worth what we paid for. I have stayed in better Motels for less. I booked 2 rooms and there were inconsistencies between both.Ice bucket in one room but not in the other. Wine glasses weren’t clean with fingerprints on them. Why no toilet brush in the toilets? Front line staff were fantastic.
