"Toilet didn't flush properly & shower didn't drain. Called for assistance, someone came within 20 minutes. But, after they left toilet kept running (they cut chain & piece in tank could not make a full seal to stop. Called again. It's difficult to relax when bathroom is not functioning."

"I didn't realize they were under renovation. The hot water took over 10 minutes to get hot. They had a crazy guy walking around with his middle finger pointed at me they told me he had been there for two weeks so I gather this is a place that people come for maybe weeks at a time there were no amenities, but if you're talking about bath gel that was there that's all the amenities oh, I did forget to mention the noise as if someone was moving furniture"

"My 10 day stay at PortD’Hiver B&B was a real pleasure. Great location, great rooms , great breakfasts, great staff, and quite possibly the best cookies I’ve ever had !! 😊 I only wish they had a restaurant on the premises, but there are several within a short walking distance. I’m looking forward to staying there again."

The cleanliness was exceptional—from the pool area to our room, everything was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. "Loved the beach view from my immaculate mini suite windows. Room 14. Met so many nice people in this small motel. Was able to clearly see a rocket launch from Cape Caniveral during the evening hours from the back part of motel facing the beach. Loved Loved my mini siute with white wicker furniture & beautiful decorated and clean."

"Great location but for an oceanfront hotel I felt the friendliness of staff especially at the bar was very poor. Great front desk staff but that’s about where it ended. Pool area was great but bar staff was not friendly at all especially for what you’re paying there. We usually stay at the sister property DoubleTree and that’s where we will continue to stay. Rooms are better there too."

"This place is old. Lobby looks great and clean. Can't say the same for the rooms. Cleaning personal use the same elevators as visitors and there are only two, that's a problem in the morning. The menu doesn't have a great variety to me if you do not want to leave the property. Beach was great and the employees there were as well"
