"Ho prenotato un soggiorno presso questa struttura dopo essere stata indirizzata telefonicamente dal personale, che mi aveva assicurato che la spa fosse inclusa nel prezzo. Purtroppo, l’esperienza si è rivelata molto diversa da quanto promesso. Ho pagato una tariffa elevata per una camera superior, ma al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che, secondo loro, la prenotazione corrispondeva a una standard senza spa.
