"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"

"We stayed at the property 9 years ago when it was a Marriott and it seemed like the upkeep of the property was not the greatest. Nothing terible, but just little things like door handles coming off, discoloration of the tile floors, etc. Great property and location, especially with the free shuttle to Duvall St., but the property could use a little bit of a facelift at this point. I also had to get a little testy with the staff about getting a room. Their checkout time is 10 am and their check...

"The property has a modern peaceful vibe. Breakfast at Matt’s restaurant was delicious. The shuttle provided was extremely convenient."

"The pool was heated, large, and clean. The view from the room overlooking the pool and ocean was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch. The restaurant/bar at the hotel had good food. The laundry facility was a bonus! The bed was very comfortable."

"The mattresses were so comfortable! They supplied everything we needed. The house was clean but the floors could have been vacuumed and mopped better! By going barefoot, we had to wipe our feet off to get in bed. We didn't get to try the restaurant, it didn't open till 11. We would have had breakfast every morning if it opened earlier. Most everyone was gone before 11 though!"

"Place could use better cleaning, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious and have stove which is so useful for us so we could cook chicken nuggets for our son that is on spectrum."

"I charter a boat in their marina numerous times a year. Have been doing this for years. My Expedia reservation said $156 due at resort. When I checked out they charged me $281.00. They tried to say it was a parking fee but that is only $29 a day. My fishing trips we over $10,000 this year. I won't be staying in this hotel for future trips. Deceit isn't a very good trait for a hotel."
