"The property is next to Chinatown so plenty to see. It is close to a tram stop so the whole area is walkable but quiet at the same time. The room size was good and we had a kitchenette. The free pastries were good as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall would stay here again. "

The concierge lady was so lovely and welcoming, and we were able to leave our bags at reception early and they were waiting in our room after checking in. The check in time is 2pm which is conveniently earlier than a lot of hotels, the 11am check out was equally good as it felt we weren't rushing on the morning.
