"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe."

"This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend."

"Older hotel with older carpet(happy many hotels are replacing carpet with hard surfaces). The hotel was well cleaned and maintained. Breakfast nothing fancy but there were plenty in choices. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was available with less available into the evening."
