"Zero complaints about the service, or the hotel in general! Beautiful property right in the middle of Colorado Springs and close to lots of restaurants! My only comments - there is not a restaurant or bar in the hotel that is advertised in the elevator, various spots in the hotel and online; it looked delicious but staff made it sound as though it didn’t exist and recommended another wonderful place that was super good! "I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication from the property management company was beyond frustrating. I followed all instructions, attempted contact 72hrs prior, no response. Called and left multiple messages, no response. Access was supposed to be through an electronic lock - with the code being the last 4 of the phone number, didn’t work. Finally, after numerous calls and messages left, I was able to get a live person to help gain access. Four codes later- and access was...

"Check in was a breeze. The guy working at the front was very kind. The room was very clean and super quiet, which made for excellent sleep. Location was in a pretty central location to what we were there for. The breakfast options were fairly wide. I was happy to see eggs there every morning. The sausage and chicken patties were really good too. The coffee was just ok but I am really picky. We had such a great stay that I would 100% stay here again and book other Home2 Suites rooms!"
