"My mother and I were on a trip to provide assistance to my brother in an urgent medical situation concerning my brother. Helen and Victoria, the front staff, went above and beyond anything we had anticipated. We so appreciate the recommendation for the driver to the hospital to which we used each and every day that we were there. It was great to be able to trust someone and to pray, plan for Agent and every trip back-and-forth. On our last evening there, we were surprised with a gift from them in our room. They care and consideration that was shown was above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Radisson. My best to all! Thank you for being there for us in a time of need!!"

Worth the price for the location alone—right across Salt Palace Convention Center and next to the City Creek mall. I was able to walk to a lot of places downtown rather than take an Uber. Beds were also very comfortable and even though I had a city view room, I could still see the beautiful mountains."

"We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the blinds did not work. We were on the 5th floor so not overly concerned about it. When we checked out we mentioned this and they said some rooms the blinds are raised and lowered with remotes. We did not see a remote or know this, so if you cannot raise and lower your blinds, call the front desk "
