"The lobby is quite impressive, lovely and welcoming. Check in is completely contactless with computers there. A staff person is there on standby and very friendly. Parking is free and we saw a “security” car parked which made me feel better. However the room was not as lovely as the rest of the building. Cramped and a bit dark. Some extremely outdated parts along with some newer. Room had a fridge, no coffee maker or microwave but you can get tea, water and coffee in lobby. Shower had great pressure and mattress was comfortable. We did also appreciate the $20 pet fee as we have paid as high as $75 for one night! All rugs in and outside of room could use a good shampoo and vacuuming. Price was good so…."

"From the moment you walk in you can feel the southern hospitality! Loved watching the duck march and learning about all the history of the Peabody. It’s so beautiful, premium bedding and special touches abound!"

"Property was very nice, except extremely bad communication on the observation deck hours. The lady at the desk did not inform us that it was on limited hours and it was not posted anywhere. We were only told that it was closing early Sunday. We ended up checking out early due to having nothing else to do safely. Most all activities around us were closed and there is only so much you can do in a bass pro to keep entertained. When hours of things change signs need to be posted and employees should inform guests. Instead we got a text an hour after we left informing us of the hours of the observation deck. Hotel was beautiful and clean but due to lack of communication probably would not stay here again. "
