This hotel was everything! The bed was beyond amazing. If I could stick it in my car and take it home I would have purchased it. Bedding was delightful clean bright soft and warm. Shower was perfect temperature and pressure. Soaps provided smelled great and left my hair soft. Coffee in the room was fantastic. A fantastic place to stay.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was on point the front desk staff Was excellent and Damien at the front desk was amazing we will be back in the future don’t let me forget about housekeeping they were great as well

Room was nice and clean but rooms are a bit dated and need to be renovated. Common areas were clean and area around the hotel was quiet except for when a train passes by. (Trains run throughout the city of Memphis so it is unavoidable). I wish I had them known that parking was seven dollars a night because I feel like that should be free. Doors lock after 10pm and you will have to use your room key to get in which I like for safety reasons.

We stayed Friday to Monday and the breakfast was Awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Guest was friendly. I like that it was very convenient to many places. I would suggest getting a variety of flavors for coffee creamer. I would definitely stay again. Shout out to Dameon I think that was his name.

Overall good hotel, clean. The pool was warm and clean. The only down fall was the pull out bed uncomfortable but that what you get with a pull out . But no worries it was for only one night.

Very nice hotel for the cost. The breakfast was very good. I left an item in the room after check-out (my fault!), but when I called the desk the next day to ask if it was turned in, they were not helpful at all and just said call back when housekeeping is working.
