"The property is older, but don't let that scare you off. Everything is well maintained and clean. Our room had been updated. Our room was lovely and had a nice view of the ocean. There was a sign at the front counter offering older furniture for sale. Proceeds go to the Humane Society. I thought it was nice to gesture. The breakfast was good. Nice selection of standard hot and cold options. We will definitely stay here again."

"Our room had a great view of the grounds and the ocean. Not all the rooms have great views however. The room was clean and the bed was nice. The dinner staff were outstanding and enjoyable to be with. The morning staff not so much. On Sunday, the breakfast was a bit shaky. When we arrived at 945 or so, 3 tables needed to be cleaned and no hot water for tea, no juices out. Saturday was ok. The food at dinner and breakfast was just ok, nothing to write home about. Check in/out was a breeze and had no problems."

"First and foremost, this Motel 6 is in a very convenient location in Fort Bragg - close to everything locally & a very easy stop if you are only passing through. The property/rooms are showing their age and associated wear and tear, but repair work seems to be underway. In the meantime, the basics needed for a comfortable stay are covered! The heater/AC unit worked well. Water got hot quickly (and stayed hot) in both shower and sink. The water pressure in the shower was better than expected. The fridge was ice cold. The mattress was just fine. Plenty of parking, safe and well-lit. I felt ok leaving a few things in the car overnight and had no issues. Most of the staff were friendly. I love that dogs stay free at Motel 6!! Lastly, fresh, hot coffee in the lobby starting at 6am was greatly appreciated."
