"Great place to stay great staff clean"

"Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?"

"We had a reservation for several nights but ended up checking out after one night due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. I had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds but the beds were only doubles. The mattresses were very firm and unsupportive. My entire spine hurt from sleeping on this mattress and therefore I did not get any sleep. My husband experienced the same."

"A little older which was perfectly fine because its in a safe area with tons of shopping and food options. Not the fanciest but a place you can feel secure especially with children and/or pets. Very helpful staff."

"Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel."

"Weird smells, old"

"The room smelled horrible.(ethnic cooking smell!) It was close by the exit and very noisy. People went in and out the door until 3 am. "

"While the lobby and front desk staff make a great first impression, the guest rooms are in a significant state of disrepair. The outside backdoor window was broken and the secure door was bent, as if attempts to gain entry were made. My room featured a door that didn't align properly with the frame, raising additional safety concerns and the feel that there had also been attempts to gain entry.
