Mala , existen mejores opciones por el precio

Nos pusieron problemas por la reserva , se nos ofreció una habitación la cual no era nada parecida a las fotos ofrecidas , se nos dijo es lo único que hay , el lugar con problemas de aire acondicionado , problemas con el agua caliente , la ducha no está en el interior del baño , está en la misma habitación , vapor dentro de habitación , desagradable , la atención de recepción muy irrespetuoso , no lo recomiendo

habitacion mala , pisos rotos , duchas fuera del b

Todo mal . La habitacion tenia la ducha fuera del baño en un boxo dentro de la habirtacion , sin agua calente , no funcionaba la pava electrica, las camas estban mal armadas , el piso flotante roto , no habita tel para comunicarce con la resepcion , televisor muy viejo(de tubo) sin control remoto, Muy descuidado. El desayuno seco sin facturas del dia sino galletas secas.

Nice Location but expected more comfort

The bathroom basically is the problem the shower is outside the bathroom (Wired never seen it) very uncomfortable There were no hangers on the bathroom not even for towels. Htl is not giving face tower (That is what they said when I asked) Location is good, but I think for the rate you can have a better hotel

No es un Hotel, sino un mal Hostal

Sin agua caliente, sin wifi, mala atención, el desayuno horrible, galletas de agua con un te. No fecomendable, ni siquiera me pudieron reservar una mesa en un restorán. No hacen el aseo a la pieza. Mal lugar.

el hotel tiene una ubicacion excelente!!!!!!

Todo estuvo como lo planeamos, la ubicacion es muy buena , super cerca del centro , pudimos pasear y caminar un monton. la habitacion espaciosa no muy luminosa pero super comoda. bien equipada con una kitchenette, helad. y micro. paba electrica. todo estuvo muy bien excepto cuando, nos ibamos, pedimos un remis a recepcion del hotel que nos llevara al aeropuerto y nos cobro de mas, casi el doble de lo que nos cobro el remis de ida al hotel, le comente como era posible pero no quiso modificar la tarifa. conclusion NO PIDAN REMIS O TAXI DEL HOTEL.

Decepcionante

Ficamos decepcionados com o atendimento e a qualidade do hotel! Primeiramente o atendimento pela recepção foi pouco esclarecedoras e um dos funcionário com pouco caso no atendimento. Faltou energia elétrica por 1 noite e o hotel no tinha gerador e nem mesmo velas para iluminação. Tivemos que usar as luzes do celular para locomcão e nem mesmo pudemos dormir pois o calor era intenso e sem o ar condicionado (que já não funcionava muito bem ).O café da manha se restringe apenas a pão com manteiga , café solúvel e leite em pó . As fotos na internet não condizem com a realidade.

In need of a little love and attention

The room and hotel in general were not maintained. The bathroom was missing a towel rack and toilet paper holder, which were both broken. There was an old mattress propped against the wall in the breakfast room. It looked like no one really cared to maintain the hotel. The staff was nice but mostly seemed to have the same attitude that they didn't seem to care to provide a lot of help.
