"Realmente não sei como alguns colegas classificaram esse hotel como EXCEPCIONAL. É UMA TRISTEZA!!!! A começar que o Senhor Luiz nos recebeu na porta e quase não nos deixou entrar, pois queria que tivéssemos feito a reserva com ele e não com o site. "This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action. It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less). That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew. The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish. Check-out is at 10am."

"Excellent stay and was happy. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was consistently professional. I also liked that the majority of the staff spoke English too. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, and shops. The free breakfast was a major plus and made life so easy. A major plus is that it’s a common pickup and drop-off point for wine tours, which made planning excursions very easy. Overall, a great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. Would definitely stay here again. "
