"The toilet bowl was not cleaned when we arrived. It still has poop dirt on the side. The toilet rug sa not changed and there were used tissue papers on the tissue holder. They changed our room to a smaller one with no cabinet for our clothes just hanging rack to hang our clothes. Since we arrived late at night, I didn’t say anything anymore. However, the next day when I was fixing our bed, I saw dried stains on the comforter. I said something to them again. They cleaned our bed after."

We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again."

"The room was very clean. The linens were crisp white clean and plenty of pillows. The pillows were a bit puffy so I used my own... That's just preference. The room had a good size fridge, microwave and the coffee maker was one of those little once that look like a kuerig but you put in a small packet of coffee. I didn't use it. "The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was...
