"The property is situated about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Luzern . The view is beautiful. Our room was.small but very cozy. The restaurant next door is very good. Breakfast was included, so that's a plus. It has a very relax atmosphere. We enjoyed the place. Will definitely come back to stay here again. I find though Switzerland is a very expensive place to visit."

"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...

"I want to be as upfront as possible. DO NOT book this hotel especially if you prepay. It does not match the description. You think you’re staying in a nice chalet next to the lake. However, where you’re really staying is on the backside of the restaurant across the street.
The halls look like a dungeon with no natural light or ventilation. The room on the website looks bright and airy. It is not. There was one window where we could see everyone climbing the outside stairs to their rooms but...

"I appreciated the helpful staff, with excellent English for those of us who don’t speak German. Also, the always available coffee was great for my pre-dawn bird watching (which was excellent in the garden).
It’s a little bit out of easy walking to places like the train station, and beware that Uber availability is poor in Lucerne."

"Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise für zwei Tage eine Junior Suite bezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, zudem absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, allerdings haben wir den Kaffeeautomat während des Mahl- sowie Brühhvorgangs als wirklich sehr störend empfunden. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eine Parkgarage gegen Gebühr. Einige Meter weiter gibt es ein Freibad, dieses haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Gute Restaurants sind...
