Bella esperienza !!

Ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro. La camera era silenziosa e confortevole, la colazione abbondante e il personale cortese. Tornerò sicuramente !!

Sehr gutes Hotel

Es war eine sehr schöne Aufenthalt. Hotel in eine sehr schöne Lage., Ruhig, Promenade 100 meters entfernt, Einkaufmöglichkeiten nur 2 oder 300 meter entfernt. Gutes Frühstück, und auch super Essen am Abends. Gerne komme ich wieder da.

alleine im Mai für 4 Nächte in diesem Hause übernachtet. Mein erster Eindruck von der Lobby und dem Garten top- auch die Lage des Hotels mit den kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Tür- perfekt. Nur leider, oder Gott sei dank beschränkt sich darauf der Urlaub nicht! Mein Zimmer ( Einzelzimmer) im 5.Stock ( Dachschräge) war doch sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Auch fand Ichs sehr veraltet von der Einrichtung, Teppich bis hin zum Einzelbett.... Dies hatte ich während meines Aufenthalt in der Kurzbewertung bei Expedia schon bemängelt und prompt wurde mir daraufhin von der Chefin ein Ersatzzimmer mit Aufpreis angeboten.... Aber eben erst nach der ersten Bewertung! Beim Service im Frühstücksraum hatte ich nicht gerade das Gefühl, einen zweiten Kaffee bestellen zu dürfen- habe es aber trotzdem gemacht-)) ist halt schade, wenn im Urlaub das Gefühl vermittelt wird, das man als Gast nicht gern bedient wird.... Auch wurde ich ab 2. Tag nicht mehr gefragt, ob ich abends im Hotel essen möchte- andere Tische bekamen hingegen eine Menükarte gereicht. Vielleicht lag es ja daran, das ich (43)Alleinreisend war und dort doch 99% Paare im Durchnittsalter von 50-70 Jahren und eben Stammgäste sind. Trozdem bin ich der Meinung, das gerade in so einem Haus auch der Service ( Gast) orientiert arbeiten sollte. Zumindest sollte der Gast kein schlechtes Gefühl bekommen wenn er noch einen Wunsch äußert! Egal welchen Alters er ist- dieses Hotel hebt schließlich hervor ein 3 Generationen Haus zu sein.

Sehr angenehmes Stadthotel, persönliche Betreuung

Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt im Meranherhof sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben 5 herrliche Tage im schönen Meran verbracht. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Innenstadt am Fluss. Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) sehr nett und zuvorkommend betreut worden. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind sehr schön ausgestattet und haben alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir erwartet haben. Besonders bei schönem Wetter ist der Balkon und auch der Garten ein echtes Plus. Der Wellnessbereich mit dem Pool und der Sauna ist ganz besonders schön und hat den Kindern ganz besonders gefallen. Die Nähe zur Passer und der Promenade ist toll.

Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit gut geschulten Mitarbeitern. Obwohl es ein Hotel mit alter Tradition ist, war alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Schönes Schwimmbad, geräumige Zimmer mit großen Süd-Balkonen.

Joli hotel pres du centre de Merano. Belle piscine. Personnel courtois. Petit dejeuner tres au gout germanique. Clientele plutot agee. Ma chambre single tres mal agencee avec un petit lit. Chambree donnant sur la riviere un peu bruyante.

Nettes Hotel in Stadtmitte

Nacgh 28 Jahren völlig verändertes Hotel vorgefunden. Sehr schöne Wellnessabteilung, Leider Hallenbad nicht zum Rausschwimmen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist hervorragend, selten so gut gegessen Die Betten etwas zu hart, und leider nur 1 Kopfkissen, hätte man wahrscheinlich nachbestellen können

Great hotel , beautiful surroundings

Great hotel with excellent wellness and outdoor garden area. Outdoor pool would have improved the expereience. My only negative comment about this hotel is that the walls were thin, I could hear people speaking in the next rooms throughout the night. Service was great, breakfast too, parking easily available on hotel grounds. I would go again but would ask for a room which is sound isolated. The room I had , had a great view with a balcony.

Sehr gute Lage zu den Thermen und zur Innenstadt

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal,Hilfe beim Koffertransport, kostenloses Parken, sehr gute Lage in die City, gute Möglichkeiten zum Shopping, das Thermalbad direkt gegenüber. Der Gast wird sehr persönlich betreut, keine Massenabfertigung. Die Zuwendung der Seniorchefin zu den Gästen wirkte auf mich übertrieben. Die Hotelbetten sind sehr hart und unbequem, bei Gästen mit Rückenproblemen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Heizung wird nachts abgestellt, am Morgen ist das Zimmer und das Bad kalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 4 Sterne plus Haus gerade noch durchschnittlich, die gewählten Produkte sind jedoch sehr gut. Dinner wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Wasser im Pool ist zu kalt.

Hotel in posizione strategica, proprio a fianco delle terme e a ridosso del centro storico. Struttura antica, ma con camere ristrutturate e confortevoli. Bella la piscina (che non abbiamo utilizzato), colazione discreta, da migliorare e di molto il servizio della reception

Meran ist immer eine Reise wert !

Schönes, altehrwürdiges Hotel, absolut zentral, deshalb nicht ganz so ruhig. Parkplätze vor Ort, aber sehr eng (in Bezug auf die heutigen grossen Autos :) ). Sehr reichhaltiges und ansprechendes Frühstücksbüffet. Schöne Bar mit guter Auswahl an Zeitschriften.
