"It is a lovely blend of charm with modern convenience. The building is relatively new, but the rooms have been designed to look like a beautiful charming Italian villa style. The couple that run the BnB are extremely sweet and helpful. I would particularly heed her recommendations regarding restaurants, as they were excellent.
