"The place is great! If you want to roam around BGC and go shopping in SM Aura, Market Market, etc. this is the best place to stay! Only 3-4 minutes walking I think."

A lot of stairs to deal with specially when you came from the airport and a lot of luggage with you and you have to deal with the stairs was ridiculous. Overall stay was excellent. "This hotel is cute and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the building had so many issues from the day we checked in. Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then...

"We have always stayed at Aruga when we go to the Philippines for vacation. It is in a very convenient location with lots of food option. The 2 bedroom suite has all tbe space we need."

"The Tower front desk refused to check us in because the owner did not provide them our booking information. Our booking was paid for and confirmed by Expedia, still we Were not given access to our paid room. I incurred additional expense booking a place to stay for the night. Stressful experience for me which could have been avoided had the owner communicated with the Tower staff. . "

"It was very close to a lot of things like SM Aura, the unit is clean and the host was very helpful and communicated instantly. The unit has the necessary amenities although didn’t check out the pool nor the gym. Not the unit’s fault- but at one point only one elevator was working and the hallways were very warm. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"We were really looking forward to our stay here and assumed everything was set. However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. We tried calling and messaging Marianne and Jarre multiple times through the emergency line they had provided us, but no one answered, so we had to wait in the lobby for another 1.5 hours. "The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop."

"location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. "
