"First, the cons: our room had a funky unpleasant odor. We couldn't identify it, but with time we became acclimated to it, so it didn't bother us. It's obvious from the lobby and our room decor that this property was once quite lovely. Right now, it's in need of patching up and paint, but that didn't bother us either. Breakfast was pretty meager, but enough for us. The main pros: this is a great location and you simply can't beat the price. We would stay here again."

"The first room we were given had water leaking in the bathroom floor, the couch was broken and the chain on the door had been ripped off. We were given a better room, but the entire motel was old, decrepit and needed serious updating. We were disappointed in the entire facility."

"I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Tuscaloosa with my family during graduation weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we got to the room, we were uncomfortable. There was a noticeable smell, and the condition of the bathroom was concerning, especially seeing what appeared to be mold. It did not feel clean or welcoming, which made it hard for us to relax. We ended up leaving a day early because we just didn’t feel comfortable staying any longer. I did ask about a refund for the night we didn’t use, and although I was told no, I accepted that. At that point, we just wanted to lagain. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, especially during what was supposed to be a special time for our family. I will not be staying here again."

"Room was FILTHY-crumbs under sheets, urine in toilet, soiled towels when we walked in! Ceiling cracked up and it smelled like must and mildew. Bought my own cleaning supplies and a throw blanket because we had nowhere else to stay. They went from 92/night to 324/ night due to graduation weekend and the cancellation date was 2 weeks before the stay so we were stuck there for both nights. It was too expensive for me to even try to find something else for the 2nd night because of the “delay it would take to cancel one of the nights”. Don’t stay here..like ever! "
