"Only 30 min from the airport, up in the coffee covered hills above the very vibrant Alajuela neighborhood, is the best, not too expensive hotel in San Jose. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and gardens, nice food and a very relaxing setting. We really enjoy spending our last night, after puddle jumping and before getting on that big old jet liner, just decompressing in affordable luxury. Go there, you'll be glad you did."

"When we pulled up to the security booth to access the property, the staff was very friendly, the grounds were immaculate. The condo was everything that we wanted to celebrate in for our 50th birthday, there was even a surprise birthday basket for me, and my sister. Paula, the host, had immediate communication with me. "Beds comfy and King sized vs. Queen sized at hotel next door. Breakfast was great and Raul the breakfast attendant was so helpful and kind. The pool seemed nice and the office staff great. I didn’t find it noisy except for someone’s little dog barking for a bit. I am currently staying at the hotel next door and would choose Holiday Inn over the slightly more expensive hotel next door. "
