"The staff is rude, and even after you book through the app. You get there and it's dirty and staff rude. Requested an additional 100 bucks. I canceled my reservation and made a new one that was much more suitable"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was terrible . While the room itself was fine, the management, specifically Cheryl made the stay terrible. Meanwhile the rest of the staff was super helpful and great. The manager was unprofessional and condescending from the moment we interacted. However, the real issue was during checkout. I was falsely accused of smoking in the room and told it "smelled like cigarettes." As a non-smoker, I found this accusation insulting and clearly just a reason to keep the fifty dollar security deposit and extra fees. Despite my emphasis that nobody had smoked, the manager was dismissive, rude, and refused to have a civil conversation about it. overall the location is decent, but I won't stay somewhere where guests are treated like criminals and harassed by management. Save your money and go somewhere where the management actually respects their guests."

"Was suppose to check in at 3:00 , didn't get in room till 8pm. Bartender was cussing and dirty dishes all over bar when I got there. I walked up sat down in a stool, he ask me what I wanted. I said can you please clear all these dirty dishes and wipe down the bar first. I called room service for water, waited hour and had to call back for water. Hall ways need to be vacuumed , people yelling, screaming and running through the halls all night. No refrigerator in room, remote to tv was very hard to push to change channels ,finally gave up. Entrance of the hotel was nice, but the hotel is not up to standard for what I paid a night. Will never stay again. I asked for a receipt for my stay they said I'd have to get it from Expedia , charges on my check card that I have no idea what they are."
