"Great breakfast, adorable room, lovely building. Loved hanging in the big back porch!"

"The hosts were so friendly and helpful with information prior to and upon arrival. We stayed in the Lincoln Room, which was SO comfortable. Each room has a private bathroom and plenty of space. Breakfast each morning was outstanding and the property itself was serene and peaceful. We would highly recommend you put this on a “must stay” place"

"The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. "Carol and Rich were wonderful hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed, were very accommodating, and served 5 star breakfasts. The pool was sublime, the sun room was magical. We can’t say enough about how special we felt during our stay!"

"There was no breakfast, talked to the staff by phone to obtain access number for lock. Had no in-person contact. Room o but shared bathroom did not have a woring overhead light."
