"When I checked in and went to my room I had noticed the refrigerator was not working. I went to the front window and asked the gentleman if I could get a different room due to the refrigerator not working. He said that the next day in the morning I could switch rooms. I ended up with a room that had a bigger hot tub and a working refrigerator. The room was clean and had all towels and toiletries. The change went very smoothly and I was very happy with the accommodation. This is my second time...

"Room was clean. But chair in the room was broken. Doors on closet and entertainment center fridge compartment didnt stay closed. Overall not bad. Staff was so-so"
