"Clean rooms and great house keeping staff"

"We arrived and were told they were behind in cleaning rooms, but ours would be ready “soon”. I checked an hour later, still not ready with no estimated time. At this point, we were missing our 5 pm dinner reservation. 15 mins later, there was a very brief power outage (3-5 secs). At 5:45, now 2 hours after our arrival, I checked again. I was told the “system” was down due to the power glitch and they had no idea or way to know which rooms were cleaned as housekeeping enters everything...

"Pool is great, always clean rooms, enjoyed breakfast there for the first time at my stay this time and it was pretty good. Def my go to spot whenever I visit PA."

"The couch in my room has not been vacuumed, there was someone else’s hair all over it. And for being on the 18th floor, it was incredibly loud outside we might as well have had the windows open. Loud cars, music, motorcycles, sirens…it didn’t quiet down until after 2:00 am. We didn’t sleep well at all."

"I stayed for four days and no one came to clean the room. On the third day, I called several time to front desk, they told me the room will be cleaned until later in the day when I called and they said those cleaning are gone. The same thing was done to my friend that we lodged together in the same hotel. All the trash, towel etc were left dirty in the room for four days."

"Computers were down upon arrival. Given a room that was already occupied. Then given a different room and it had a horrible Odor to it. Toliet was recently used. Night staff was rude and not helpful. Next morning someone tried to enter room."

"The hotel was nice, but the biggest issue was no refrigerator in the room and no ice available. I like the fresh brewed coffee, the purified water available to the guest. DW"

"Rooms need updating. Room felt moisture in air, and sheets damp from loud AC unit. Could not get comfortable to sleep. Checked out before dawn due to this."
