"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"Wonderful stay! Could not have been treated better. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING! Special thanks to our lovely waitress Paula, who went above and beyond to look after us and was super friendly. We will miss her! Also a big thank you to Magdaleha on reception who gave us great advice on local knowledge and places to visit. Very helpful staff and made our stay just perfect :)"
