"Old, rundown, smell, torn curtains. Check in lady was rather rude. Later when we found the a/c was making a terrible noise and couldn’t sleep, her replacement, a young man, was very understanding and helpful. Got us another room and checked it out first. Very friendly and helpful. We only saw 2 cars - thought it was us and the worker. Signs said they are remodeling but we saw no signs as we were there on a Sunday. Remodeling is good - this BW is not pinpoint standards of most we stay in....

"Although construction is still going on in the building and the hallways are not as clean as could be, the remolded room was clean and very nice, especially for the price. The bed is very comfortable. Once the renovations are complete, the property will be quite nice. Convenient location. Close to the hospital. "

"You have a real shortage of electric outlets in the room for this day and age. Since the hotel used three of the 4 outlets for its own needs, there was only one left, plus a couple at the phone. We had to use the ones in the bathroom to meet all our needs. Easily fixed."

"I love that this location is so close to the Holyoke mall. The breakfast, coffee all day and pool were nice perks! I just wish the ice machine had worked on our floor but other than that we had a great stay and will be back!"
