"The staff was nice. However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again."

"We did not get to use any amenities. It was a very short trip. The only thing I noticed was that the shower was unsafe for elderly people. No grab bars. And only half the tub was available to get into. Not safe for elderly people like me (70) and my husband (75)."

I was disappointed in the pet depositing motel 6 one part was studio 6 as well but to put up deposit when it did match the standard of being newer and one small for each side of the bed which was small and woren They could added more pillows and towel just because it was studio!"

"DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! We literally walked into the rooms and turned around and walked right out! The rooms smell like urine, like really really bad! I actually started to dry heave! The front desk is dirty and dingy, which should have been a clue when we got there. There was only 1 person working and the check in process takes forever, and trying to get a refund was impossible! My friends room has food on the floor from the last guest and their room stunk just as bad. It was...

"All of the staff were friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean and the breakfast was good but I wish they add turkey breakfast meats to the menu. Also, the breakfast area was very clean! We really appreciated the free parking, and there were plenty of parking spaces available! Thanks Hampton Inn and Suites, we look forward to returning someday soon!"

"This is a great hotel to stay at! It’s only a 25 minute drive to Seattle and the Southcenter mall is literally like 7 minutes away. I like how it has stuff close by as well. I’d recommend staying here!"
