Before our arrival, we called to confirm that the property had central air conditioning, and we were told that it did. However, when we arrived, we found that there was only a swamp cooler blocking the stairs leading to an unbearably hot loft. They couldn’t even provide us with a fan for the loft. "Excellent location and the room was clean with the listing description quite accurate. Staff was helpful and available even though they weren’t physically on site. Elevator is very small which was not a problem for us but it could be a problem if you have large luggage or are large in size yourself. But overall would highly recommend this property and this company."
