"My stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. From the housekeeping team to the security guards, everyone was respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. "Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"

"Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. "What impressed me most was the feet dim lights when going to the bathroom areas.
The AC was very cold fridge worked very well The bed was clean and firm. You got robe slippers and chargers for phones.
The food was amazing with heavy duty silverware different not like the regular plain silverware.
What I found need to slightly adjust is the outdoor set up it was to close to other sitting areas the tables were to big so it looked cluttered.

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"
