"They tried to get 2 ways to pay and tried to keep my husband's information. The manager seem to have an attitude that night when we asked him to fix the TV. We couldn't get a channel on it. And because my husband didn't bring the clothing car right backThe room looked clean but had an horrible smell like someone just got done having sex. We will not be back."

"The room that was assigned to me when I checked in, was already reserved by someone else, When I unlocked the door and walked in I noticed someone else’s luggage in the room. Thank goodness no one was in there. The situation could have been dangerous or at the very least, very embarrassing. I immediately reported this to the front desk attendant, and she of course assigned me to a different room, but she did little in the way of apologizing."
