"The complimentary breakfast was easily one of the best we’ve ever had—we were truly impressed by both the variety and the quality of the food. The front desk worker in the evening was incredibly kind, especially to the little one with us, which we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of snacks available at very reasonable prices. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Clean, comfortable room, with modern decor and microwave and refrigerator in the room. Good breakfast with a variety of offerings, hot items hot, cold items cold. Nicely arranged. Very helpful and polite front desk staff."

"It was clean, The blow dryer didn’t work and the dead bolt on the door was broke. I asked nicely for a new hair dryer never got a replacement. Told them about the dead bolt nothing was done about it."

"There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy."

Its nothing more than a continental breakfast. Thursday morning food was dired out. Eggs hard. Pretty basic and never a change of choices either. We were there 4 days. Will stay elsewhere next time"

"Breakfast isn't served until 7am in Saturday & we left before that so didn't get to have any. Also we asked for sheets & blanket for the pull out sofa but was only brought the sheets. We were tired so just used the blankets we brought with us. Over all it was good stay. Room was clean & the water preyin the shower was fantastic."

"It was dark in the room, the blackout blind malfunction. It took them two days to let me know what's wrong with it. I requested rooms service to change my sheets they didn't do it, horrible, horrible, horrible. "

"My opinion is that this is a hotel with great bones. It is structurally really cool, and it is in a great location for walking to Royals or Chiefs games. The staff were very friendly. But, my room was not clean. Stains on the furniture, hair on my pillow. The TV didnt really work well. Overall, I feel like this is a great building being run by management that is cutting corners. They could do better. "

"My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did."
